I am going to take this opportunity, gratefully and ask some coaching advice.

I have a question about the anti-member membership concept. Let’s say someone finds out about it from a friend in the 3rd month. How do they ever get the 1st two videos?

If I understand correctly, one of the benefits of this strategy is that the subscriber doesn’t suffer the “information overwhelm” and paralysis of choice that so many people face when they subscribe to a membership site and are instantly met with months and months of information.
Since information taken and used for RESULTS is what creates real value, and that can only be done when it’s digestible, my GUESS would be that Brendon simply offers timeless content each month that is not dependent on previous months. (Therefore archived content isn’t part of the deal??)
But certainly, you could use your own creativity and offer a simple page that has individual links to all the months’ pages, update that one page
each time you create a new month’s content, and have that link in either your first email to the subscriber or all the emails to the subscriber.Just my thoughts. Hope this helps!

Excellent content and some mind opening ideas.
One thing I’m a little confused about -
If I hire someone from elance.com to write an e-book on a topic like “Inovation” and then shop it to a corporation with the strategy you suggest and then that corporation hires me to speak to their people for thousands of dollars, at what point will they discover that I’m NOT an expert in this topic? I mean after all, didn’t I hire someone else to write me e book?
Wouldn’t the corporation be livid if they found out I didn’t even write the e-book that convinced them I was an expert in this topic?
And, even if was an expert in the topic, if I hired someone else to write the e-book and the company found out, wouldn’t they see me as just a little dishonest? Wouldn’t that be like Paul McCartney hiring someone to write songs for him and then telling the world that they were his songs?

I would think that you would not just randomly pick a topic. You pick a subject that is your true passion and interest, something that you already know about. Then send out the letter based upon that. If you get an invitation, then just research and put together an outline and follow what Brendon said in 8 things highly paid experts do. Simply follow what he said in the 4 things to talk about when giving a 45 min. speech.

The part of your seminar that stood out to me the most was the mastery piece. I am guilty of digging many holes and not focusing on one thing becuase of lack of patience. I see the importance of being a master and not a jack of all trades. Your advice about staying consistent and in the loop with what’s going on in the field that you are looking to be an expert in was great. I appreciate the information and will continue to tune in. Your content is awesome! and you are delivering it in a spiritual way that says “the more you give, the more you receive” This is a great lesson for the big corporations that are imploding because of their constant greed.
Can you use this same content to sell a tangible item, such as clothing, etc. Or would start with your expertly focused topic and then make that a part of your items that can be purchased. Example. Clothing related to health, so Health topic first and then can buy clothing to improve health!
